Operation sequence of automotive Checking fixture&gauges
Here are the procedures of automotive checking fixtures:
- Visual inspection to check part sharp edges ,cracks and burrs.
- Using GO and NOGO pins to check the size of holes.
- Make the parts is good to touch with the datum pin netpad and magnet
- Adjusting the part keep it well contact nets and lacat it with X/Y1/Z1 and Y2/Z2.
- Close clamp Z1,Z2,Z3.
- Using the P1 pins to check the hole position.
- Using the feeler and trim gauge to check the trim and surface as the color points.
