Q: What is your business scope?

A: Our factory provides CNC Machining Part, Metal stamping part, CNC plastic prototype, Plastic injection mould, moulding production, logo print and color painting.

Q: What is your company need before to submit a quotation?

A: 2D/3D drawing or sample, and provide the following information, such as material, quantity, process requirements, surface treatment, equipment requirements, etc.Because most of products are customized products of customers, we need customers to provide as detailed product information as possible, so that we can provide accurate quotation and product services.

Q: What is your main products?

A: We are mainly focus on the production of metal stamping dies and its accessory parts stamping, included home appliances, automobiles, motorcycles and other industry customers, from mould design, processing, assembly and debugging, to the stamping automation equipment matching manufacturing full process.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: The standard stamping parts are shipped around 15-30 days after payment. For the mould delivey time, normally we can do 25-45 days fast mould delivery, specific delivery time will be different to various products.

Q: How do you control the quality?

A: We will make samples before mass production, and mass production will be arranged after samples approved. Doing 100% inspection during production, then do random inspection before packing, taking pictures after packing.

Q: What is the strip layout?

A: During strip layout development, engineers have to define the type of stamping operations required for the part production, the sequence of operations, the required number of stations and the operations to be performed at each station of progressive die.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: MOQ depends on our client's needs, we can make samples for your priliminary test before final order.
