Metal stamping die is a machine for stamping and producing sheet metal parts. It has the advantages of high production efficiency and short production cycle.
For stamping production, the single-station mold has a single structure and low production efficiency, and the sheet metal parts cannot be too complicated, otherwise multiple single-station molds are required to realize it. These shortcomings can be changed if progressive dies are used for stamping production. The progressive die is characterized by high production efficiency, short production cycle, and less operators, which is very suitable for mass production.
In stamping production. After the last station completes the cutting, the production parts are blown out of the mold in time, and still remain on the mold, which is very easy to cause stacking. Stacks are very dangerous and can easily damage the mold. There are many factors that produce stacked parts, such as insufficient wind force for blowing, adhesion of stamping oil, and production parts hooked on the ejector rod. In response to these factors, various measures can be taken to prevent the phenomenon of stacking. For example, in stamping production, it is necessary to ensure that the blowing wind is strong enough. When designing the mold, add ejector pins on both the concave formwork and the discharge plate. The ejector pins on the concave formwork should be designed to be larger, at least larger than the holes on the parts. Large, or simply use a rack block structure to avoid production parts hooked on the ejector rod. When designing the concave formwork, under the premise of ensuring the punching strength, a wider slope should be designed at the end of the concave formwork so that the production parts can slide out of the mold smoothly. In addition, in the design, it should also be considered that at the last station, the raw parts to be cut should protrude out of the concave formwork or at least half of the slope, and try to rely on the weight of the production parts to slide out of the mold.
