The Design And Manufacture Of Simple Molds Are Simple

(8) The rigidity of this type of mold is generally poor, the strength and hardness are low, and creep deformation is prone to occur after long-term use;
(9) The surface roughness is relatively high, the accuracy of shape and size is relatively low, and the wear and tear during long-term use have some influence on the surface roughness and precision of the product;
(10) The service life is generally shorter than that of conventional metal molds;
(11) Some molds cannot be used with certain equipment. For example, plaster wax molds cannot be installed on high-pressure wax machines.
